functional annotation of protein sequences into biological processes after blasting against cdd
Hello,
how can represent my data in an excel file or pie chart but mostly excel, I have blasted my protein sequences onto the cdd ncbi database, to functionally categorize them in families, so now I have an xml file. which software can I use to do that?
