I am new to bioinformatics and am looking for an R module to convert a list of x number ofSNPs to a list of pathways the SNPS are associated with. I then want to order the list of pathways by the number of SNPS I have that are related to the pathway ( the better coverage the higher on the list). I tried gene2pathway for R but it appears to be no longer supported (I tried three versions of R 2.9,3.0,3.2 and none of them supported gene2pathway). Is there another R package anyone could recommend for the type of analysis I am interested in?
