Mapping Rosetta/Merck Human 44k 1.1 microarray to IlluminaHT-12 v3 probes
I have data from geo generated on the Rosetta/Merck Human 44k 1.1 microarray. I would like to map approximately 200 probes from IluminaHT-12 v3 to the Rosetta platform.
