does anybody use DIALIGN-TX on OS X?

We are trying to get support for it when using the "ete build" command to run phylogenetic workflows but, although it compiles well and seems to execute, it does not accept any argument and it always returns the help text.

The same command line runs ok under Linux.

Any hint is appreciated!
