comparing protein networks over time
Hey Guys
I have constructed two separate protein interaction networks each denotes a time point of the assay at 2hours and 24 hours. Just wondering what tools and techniques I can use them to compare these networks both for biological and visual interpretation.

To look at evolution of protein modules over time, I use a tensor factorization approach. See this paper to get an idea. I also use the DynNetwork plugin to cytoscape.
