any help for preparing .hap and map.inp file for rehh

Respected members,

I am trying to create .hap and map.inp file for rehh

but I am stuck with the error

Map file seems OK: 45  SNPs declared for chromosome 4 
Standard rehh input file assumed
The number of snp in the haplotypes 18  is not equal to the number of snps declared in the map file 45 
Error in data2haplohh(hap_file = "rr.hap", map_file = "map4.inp") : 
  Conversion stopped

Dear respected members,

Is there anybody here could tell me on how to make SNP information file (.inp) for running rehh? I have got the haplotype information from fastPHASE (hapguess_switch.out).
