which database to prefer for creating NGS Disease related Panels?

Hey,

Need correct suggestions regarding Database.

In case of creating GBM NGS panel for top 20 causing Genes databases like COSMIC, TCGA, and ICGC gives different top 20 genes statistics. any suggestions to select database for creating Accurate NGS Panels.
