How to prepare RNA-seq data for Piano?

Hi,

I want to use Piano package for RNA-seq data but I cannot figure out how to prepare read counts for Piano package. It only mentioned preparation for microarray data in the Piano package and I am not familiar with that neither. Can some one give a bit of help on it or send a link to a more detailed protocol.
