You probably meant to post this on the Galaxy biostars page, rather than the main one. Searching for "Indel Analysis" in the toolshed yields no hits, so you might click on the metadata and see if what the tool's real name is (or if it's a custom tool local to whatever Galaxy server you're looking at).
