The Andersen Lab is looking for people interested in developing novel methods to (1) study host-pathogen interactions of Ebola/Lassa and the human adaptive immune system, and (2) develop novel tools for unbiased discovery and detection of human pathogens.
We are looking to hire postdocs, although a staff position as a computational scientist may also be considered. Data analysis and development will primarily involve Illumina sequencing datasets, so familiarity with large-scale datasets is a must.
The computational scientist will work closely with other computational- and wet-lab biologists at TSRI and STSI.
