Nucleotide substitution on dbSNP- who is the WT??
Hello,
Sometimes HGVS c. and g. of a certain SNP indicate one substitution, but when you look at Ancestral allele or MAF you understand that the HGVS WT contradicts that. (see example: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?rs=1208
I have a set of results from Ilumina Chip and I cant understand whats the ref. allele.
