Jolma Motifs in MotifDb
In the MotifDb database for Human TFs, there are several TFs of the form
Hsapiens.jolma2013.FOXC1
Hsapiens.jolma2013.FOXC1.2
Hsapiens.jolma2013.FOXC1.3
with different length motifs. What do the numbers after the "." represent? Are they different versions? I looked at the attributes of one such TF and it seemed that the binding motif and sequence length could both differ.
