Greetings,
I would like to get a list of all the nuclear genes involved in mitochondrial processes (in humans). It would be nice if the list is based on RefSeq. Any suggestion?
Best regards
You can try "Amigo" a gene ontology tool where you can get the genes involved in mitochondrial processes(http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/search/annotation). Apply filter of your choice and you will get the list.
Excellent. Thank you
