Blog: R for Biochemists

I am preparing material for a course entitled R for Biochemists - it's a one day training course where, with facilitators, I will try to help improve R programming skills of about 35 Biochemists. It's supported by the Biochemical Society.

This is not an advert. Rather a request for feedback on materials if you have time.

I have decided to prepare as many materials as possible in the public domain, hence the blog.

The blog is at http://rforbiochemists.blogspot.co.uk/

The scripts are supposed to be self explanatory and are available at github: https://github.com/brennanpincardiff/RforBiochemists

Two slide shows are available following my use of R-Markdown:

Your comments and feedback on any of the materials would be very useful particularly in advance of the course which is run on 24th June 2015. Feel free to email, tweet me (brennanpcardiff) or respond here.

Thanks, P
