microT-CDS: ENSEMBL build for miRNA target coodinates
Does anyone know what build of ENSEMBL the results of microT-CDS target positions are currently based on? The 'Help' page indicates v69, but that is not the case. I have tried with he current ENSEMBL (v80) and this is not the case either. Any help would be appreciated.
An example of the current output exists below. The regions on chr 9 indicated don't correspond to those in ENSEMBL v69.
