Given a list of metabolites/genes and the organism, I want to build a simple utility which will output the corresponding KEGG pathways, enzymes, etc. and then I want to cross-reference the enzymes to NCBI/Uniprot. I am not worried about the pathway visualization as of now, but may look into it in future. I know many R packages exist but it will be nice if I can get some suggestions from this forum. Thanks.
