Software to perform GxE iGWAS for a binary disease with a quantitative E factor.

Hi! Does someone know what is the best way or software to perform GxE iGWAS for qualitative traits using a quantitative variable as Environment? I know plink is able to perform GxE iGWAS for quantitative traits with binary environment variables. But not further than that. Is there someone with experience in GxE iGWAS analysis who could tell me which tool I should use. I have binary and qualitative(1,2,3) disease traits. And my environmental factor is a quantitative factor.
