Finding appropriate ligand for docking
How I get a ligand against a receptor(protein)? My purpose is docking by auto dock.I got the active site, FES and B-D mannose ligand predicted by I-TASSAR.I was thinking that is not enough for docking. Is it valid to join FES and B-d mannose and create a hybrid ligand and then try docking?
