thanks! especially copenhagenomics seems very interesting.
Hey,
I know there is already a thread about conferences on bioinformatics. I would be especially interested in conferences covering the bioinformatics challenges of NGS data and, above all, (statistical) analysis of NGS data.
I know about the CSHL meeting Genome Informatics. Then maybe Recomb. Then there is the annual CSAMA in Brixen. Any other suggestions? Also small meetings or workshops would be of interest.

Copehagenomics might be a good bet - talks from the 2011 meeting are on the website and it appears to be running as well in 2012.
There's also the Next-Generation Sequencing Congress meetings, one next week or the NGS Asia conference in 2012 from the same organisers.
You could also keep an eye on the SeqAnswers Conference/Meeting forum
