What is the difference between reference genomes
Dear community,
What is the difference between the reference genome assemblies? Ensembl, UCSC and NCBI, hg19 / GR37, ...
How are they generated, what is the difference, which one should one use?
Are coordinates from one assembly consistent to the other ones?
