2-B-Lactoglobulin
Then do it by lower Gap Penalties ?

Obtain the sequences as DNA or protein as you require it.
Go to the NCBI website http://1.usa.gov/1yIW9fq
The gap-open and extension penalties can be changed in the "Alignment parameters" section, which you can expand below the submit ("BLAST") button.
