CloneDB in ensembl
I have a custom annotation in ensembl. I want to somehow get the clone annotation from CloneDB and import it as a custom track in ensembl. My search has led me here where NCBI store their annotation files:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/repository/clone/reports/Mus_musculus/
I need the annotation with this clone:
RP24-457N12 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/clone/584094/
Alternatively is there a way to add custom tracks to CloneDB?
