file format for cytoscope and Batch Entrez
Hi all,
I kinda encountered a format issue when using ClueGO on cytoscope as well as on Batch Entrez (of NCBI)
When using ClueGO, I clicked cluster#1 to upload my gene list( which is stored in Excel), but it only gave my a list of unreadable symbols. The same situation happened when I tried to upload the dame file to Batch Entrez?
What was going on? How could I modified my file format to make it work?
