Tool: Emacs for Structural Bioinformatics (emacs-pdb-mode)

Hi,

I have uploaded a code of pdb-mode for Emacs at https://github.com/m4rx9/emacs-pdb-mode.

pdb-mode is an emacs-lisp minor mode for Emacs to perform a number of useful editing functions on Protein DataBank (PDB) formatted files. XEmacs and/or GNU Emacs are available for most computing platforms.

The original code was written by Charlie Bond & David Love (http://crystal.scb.uwa.edu.au/charlie/software/pdb-mode/).

So far, I made only minor changes, but my plan is to keep developing the code to make it a useful tool for structural bioinformatics and working on pdb files (which we all know can be a big pain).

Join the project, comment, clone, pull, enjoy!

Emacs for life! :-)

Magnus
