I am looking forward to subscribe to a paid/commercial human mutation database particularly to Human Gene Mutation Database. If you guys are aware of other/better databases worth subscribing to, let me know? Or is it better to pay for commercial variants filtering tools like Ingenuity Variant Analysis and/or goldenhelix VarSeq as they might offer information on mutations from paid databases so there is no need to join commercial databases?
