How to convert SNP matrix data to binary format for analysis by MatSAM?
Colleagues
I'm trying to run matSAM (SamBada) with SNP matrix data, but an encoding phase is necessary. Because this program used binary format (as AFLP matrix). Is there any specific program for this?
If anyone knows any, appreciate your help
