gviz: plotting two kind of axes one horizontal and one vertical

I would like to plot the axis as they did here in the b. section. H3K27ac vertical and cell types horizontally. However I cannot find in gviz parameters if it is possible to do it.

I can change $rotation.title but it effects the whole title, is it possible to separate the tittles somehow?

One option is to print the figure to a PDF device, and then edit the resulting PDF in Adobe Illustrator to tweak the position of elements.
