I guess that the main thing about lncRNAs is their conservation - try to search your gene in other species (mouse, zebrafish etc.) to see if its conserved.

ok thank you . anything more. like i studied somewhere that it is coexpressed with mirna. so anything more you can suggest. and how to procede
