Hi all,

I had problems with this a while ago but now it is becoming more of an issue. In lositan when the program is run you have the option to save the loci list and the confidence intervals but neither of these state whether the SNP is an outlier. The loci list only contains the SNP id the heterozygosity and the p value. Is this because I have a column missing or is this normal? If it's normal is there another way to save the whether or not the SNP is an outlier?
