Has the RNA-Seq Atlas website closed?
Hi,
Does anyone know if the RNASeq atlas has been closed down forever (formerly at this address: http://medicalgenomics.org/rna_seq_atlas)?
I'm keen to determine a set of transcripts that should be absent from (healthy human) blood. If there is an alternative site that you could recommend that would also be appreciated.
Kind regards

Dear Russ,
that is odd. The page doesnt load anymore. Maybe you contact the first author, mail adress can be found at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22345621
In the meantime you can try the TRON Expression Atlas. It is new (manuscript submitted) and consists of public RNA-Seq data processed internally: http://tea.tron-mainz.de/home
Hope that helps.
