How To Convert Affymetrix Ids To Genbank Ids

Hello,

I used DAVID to retrieve GenBank IDs from Affymetrix IDs. The problem with DAVID is that is seems to have a narrow/outdated database, so a relevant part of my IDs last to be unconverted. I tried to move to BioMart's MartView, but I do not know how to use it to convert Xenopus laevis Affymetrix IDs into GenBank IDs.

I would like to solve, to summarize, two problems: a) The loss of entries. b) The use of a non typical animal model.

Have you tried the annotation file available from Affymetrix? This is likely to have information to allow you to build these links.
