Analysis between RNA-seq and BS-seq data
Hello all,
I've found a data in NCBI GEO data set about disease cell sequencing for both RNA-seq and BS-seq. A while ago, I heard about analyzing correlation RNA expression and DNA methylation. So, is this kind of topics have been published before (I tried to search journal but I don't know the best keywords for searching) and is there already established method for analyzing correlation for both data? Thank you.
