DNASP analysis of recombination, is my analysis meaningful?

Hello,

I am looking at 5 isolates of a diploid fungus, and have been able to align the genomes of all isolates. I have fed this data to DNASP, and went to test for recombination. I have gotten this output:

But I am having trouble in interpreting the results. My question is, is there any recombination occurring between these 5 isolates? There seems to be a minimum of 113 Rm, minimum recombination events occurring in a 2.2 Mb region. How do I test for significance or background noise?

dnasp recombination rm
