How visualize better way the output data from Bayescan?

Hi

I'm working in the search loci under selection from genetic data (SNPs) by bayesian approach (BayesScan 2.1) and I got the following plot, the result is very good but I'd like visualize better way, pots instead of code ( the code is the name of given locus).

I used the plot_R.r script and the following functions

> plot_bayescan("tesis_fst.txt",0,FDR=0.05)
