Dear readers,

I am trying to run a quantitative TDT with haplotypes with the PLINK programme. I am using the next commands:

• qfam-total
• mperm 10000
• all-pheno
• hap-window 1,2,3,4,5,6

However, the test works fine. However, in the results only appear the 6 SNPs individually, and there is not any haplotype. I would like to know if it is possible to run the same test (TDT) but taking into account all the possible haplotypes.
