How to get data from Agilent chip using R
Hello:
I have downloaded the raw data named GSE48568_RAW.zip. When I unzip this, what I get is a lot of txt files such as GSM1181242_US14702384_251328210241_S01_44k_CGH_0605.txt. If I want to use R to process the data,what package and what detailed method could I use? If possible, it would be nice of you to answer the problem and write the code.
