bam-readcount install error

I am attempting to install bam-readcount on SLES 11. I am using cmake 2.8 and gcc 4.8.3.

When I attempt to run make, I get the following:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It's been a while so not sure if you ever got this to work. I can't replicate. What OS and compiler were you using?
