downloading cds from ensembl biomart
I want to download a cds sequence database from ensembl from biomart, but every time I encounter a time out
Can anyone tell me how to achieve this. The specs are
database: ensembl gene 78
dataset : mus musculus genes
attributes: sequenes > coding sequence
header: Ensembl Gene ID, Ensembl Transcript ID, coding sequence

You don't need to use BioMart for this, the data is on the FTP site.
