I asked a question about Aligator here.

However, it seems that Aligator never stops running. Do anyone know the running time for Aligator? I'm not even sure that I changed the source-code correctly by initializing the variables IPOS and MMGO to zero. The source-code of aligator.f can be view here.

Can anyone with experience of Aligator pin-point me to whether running time is slow, or something is wrong with the code in aligator.f
