similarety search for homologous alignment
By using blastp, and the E < 10‐50 as threshold for homology, how many homologs do you find in Swissprot? From which species are the five closest homologs? (If there are less than five, then state species names for all. If there are none, try selecting a different sequence) How do the results change if you search in the non‐redundant protein database instead of in Swissprot, and why? My sequence is
