I was doing it before 3 years, then I use to do it manually by listing mutations of mtDNA sequence and mapping them onto phylotree, which is here. You can try comparing your sequences with the one on mitomap. There you get sequences of each haplogroup, just call SNPs to get haplogroup specific SNPs, but then keep in mind that many haplogroups share common SNPs also. That's why I used to do it manually.
