Raxml continue interrupted bootstrap run

After completing 98 out 100 bootstraps our server needed an emergency reboot thus interrupting my raxml job, however the completed bootstraps were written to file.

I would like to know if I can use the 98 bootstraps previously written to file to generate a best scoring ML tree so that computing time didn't go to waste. These are 178 full genome sequences that take a long time to run.

I believe it is possible. Perhaps, check page 57 on the recent RAxML manual. You might get a clear answer by posting in the official RAxML user support group.
