Cuda-Blastp Error

I've installed CUDA-BLASTP and format a database with CUDA-formatdb without problem. When I try to query the database with a sequence I get the following error.

Cuda error in file 'CUDA_Blast.cu' in line 222 : unspecified launch failure.

Does anyone came across the same bug ? Is there a way to get this working ?

I got the same error now. For me, it is due to a large database. If I try with a small database (only about 3500 sequences) it works fine. However, in my opinion, BLAST does not need to be accelerated on a graphics card for such small problems. I wrote an email to the author of CUDA-BLASTp, but it hasn't been answered yet. Regards, We
