Can anyone tell me about fungal genome annotation. I want to find out genes from contigs. What would be the best protocol and which software are used for eukaryotic genome annotation on Windows platform. How augustus is used for this purpose, I have data in contigs form. Please provide the tutorial for this genome analysis.
