oligo package for mouse gene affy V2

hello

i am trying to use the oligo package to analyze affy expression data from GeneChip Mouse Genome V_2.0 Arrays using a mac running yosemite.

I understand I need to build my annotation because I can't load pd.mogene.2.0.st.

Is it there somebody that has instructions for this? I found some but I am unable to make it work, this should be a pretty common problem.

Is this resolved ? if not, download the package from here: http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/pd.mogene.2.0.st.html
