I am trying to use locuszoom 1.3 to display bed tracks in terms of genomic context.

On the wiki, here: http://genome.sph.umich.edu/wiki/LocusZoom_Standalone

It says that you can display a .bed file with color if you upload the whole bed file instead of just the 4 column bed.

My question is, has anyone actually gotten this to work? When I try to display the whole bed file, nothing displays..
