accession numbers discrepancy

When I working with sequences in NCBI I get so confused there is a discrepancy between a particular gene accession numbers that I found in secondary database like Genecards and their links in NCBI. So I don't know which sequence is the correct ones and why there is such disparity among databases. Help please?

To be honest I made a mistake between refseq ID and variant IDs.
