Thanks for the answer. I can see on IGV the chromosomes are in chr1, chr2..chrm but these are basically 451 contigs. Is there a fasta file for sk1 genome with chr1 chr2 .. chrm as contigs.

Hi Everyone,
I am interested in getting the genomic sequence of SK1 strain of YEAST. Where can I get the fasta file for it. I can see that IGV has SK1 genome for yeast on their server (they also have sacCer3 which is easily available), but I could not find the genomic sequence. Could anyone help me finding the genomic sequence for it.

Click on WGS to get the fasta file. Hope this is the one you are looking for.
