ClueGO question about cluster visualization.

I am analysing a GO network with Cluego, the cytoscape plugin and a doubt came out.

When I set the gene list, I can use two or more clusters. Are this clusters for example, experimental groups? that I want to analyse together? Or just a cluster from an random experiment? When visualizing for cluster, only green appears. I thought strange because was thinking that would have the two separated( red and green).,

Sorry for the stupid question.,

The answer for my question was that the second group was not clustering anything. I dont know why though.
