genomic screen shot of Chip-seq showing enrichment in different genome regions

I have a unique chipseq data where I know that in some genes it binds to gene body over control promoter binding. I have enough evidences to conclude that. The question which I have is what may be the best way to show binding in promoter from one bam file while binding to gene body in parallel from other bam file.

One of the alternative I thought about is take separate screen shots of promoter and gene body , but that may not be very elegant way. IGV screen shot is not very prominent may be the window of gene'exon and UTR region is too much. Any suggestion or pointers will be great.
